Auto ”Surprise” Mobility We purchased our first car at this car dealer. Trusting the opinion of our friends, we travelled 100 kms in order to buy our first car. From the very beginning, the relations with Ralf from Automobility turned out rather difficult. The car we chose turned out to be a year older (1999 instead of 2000 - It is a century difference from a certain perspective). As a trade off, Automobility was kind to provide with a free warrant of fitness (APK), which turned out to be pretty much nothing but a stamp on a piece of paper. A few months later, a proper check at a mechanic's identified a substantial list of long existing problems, which were supposed to have been identified during the warrant of fitness (APK). Our kind request to cover maintenance costs (EUR 600), at least partly, was refused by Rick and Ralf from Automobility. They are confident that these malfunctions could have been fixed by their mechanic (you see our problem: the same one that issued this so-called warrant of fitness). We have no trust in Rick’s business. My recommendation to potential buyers: Think twice before you put your trust in the hands of Automobility.

Recentelijk heb ik hier een BMW 3-serie cabriolet gekocht. Hoewel ik de auto zonder garantie had gekocht, is het defect wat tijdens de eerste kilometers na het ophalen ontstond keurig door Auto Mobility verholpen. De communicatie was voor, tijdens en na de koop zeer fijn en kan dit bedrijf daarom ook van harte aanbevelen.

Deze hele mooie honda civic hybride gekocht bij Auto Mobility! Hybride accu was vervangen en voor een mooie inruil prijs mogen ontvangen! Ik rij er nu 6 maanden mee 10k en rijd nog super en zuinig ook! Goed geholpen en eerlijk advies, ga hier zeker je nieuwe tweede-hands auto kopen! Nogmaals bedankt voor deze mooie auto.

Sinds begin maart ben ik de trotse eigenaar geworden van de Suzuki Swift. Na iets langer dan drie maanden was de schakelkabel kapot gegaan. Blijkbaar een veel voorkomend probleem bij de Suzuki Swift. Ik had contact opgenomen met Auto Mobility, want ik was daar best van geschrokken. Helaas was mijn garantie 19 dagen verlopen, maar daar deed Auto Mobility helemaal niet moeilijk over. Sterker nog, ze wilde alle kosten voor hun rekening nemen, mits de auto bij hun in de garage gerepareerd zou worden. Helaas was er geen mogelijkheid om de auto naar Auto Mobility te brengen i.v.m. de verre afstand. Het moest ter plekke gerepareerd worden. Veel telefoontjes gepleegd, maar Auto Mobility kwam met het voorstel om 100,- te vergoeden op de factuur. En dat alles buiten de garantie om. Dat is pas écht service! Ik voelde me gehoord, gerust gesteld en geholpen en daar ben ik heel blij mee. Super bedankt en een dikke duim voor Auto Mobility!!
