Takes them half a year to fix the problem with hot water and still it’s not working. They just shut down the whole installation when they fake to work on it and never remember to turn it back on when they leave. People are frozen in the building. When I call them they just keep saying they know the situation already.

This has to be the worst company ever. I tried to schedule an apointment for maintenance on the central heating system of my rental appartment. The first possibility was more than 6 weeks into the future because they were busy. However they just didn’t show up on the agreed date. They didnt call me, just nobody showed up. I had to call them to make another appointment. The second appointment, a guy showed up, but explained he only had 10 minutes, and asked me to just make another apointment. Every time you call them they put you on hold for a long time and they seem to have lost your phonenumber, address, etc. The 3rd appointment (after 3 months) they finaly did maintentance. However, this very clumbsy mechanic created a leaking tap in the bathroom and problems in watersupply to the washing machine. Please never do business with these guys

doen totaal geen moeite bestaande klanten te behouden. Onderhoud is duur maar kwalitatief goed, maar daar houdt het op. Onprofessionele behandeling aan de telefoon. Meerwerk wordt niet gewaardeerd. Hoog kluitje-riet gehalte. Geven geen antwoord op technische vragen. Klachten worden niet behandeld.

Geweldig bedrijf ,leuke mensen ,echt een familie bedrijf echt top

ik kreeg een brief voor het maken van een afspraak voor een nieuwe ketel, ik belde niet, maar ik stuurde een e-mail, dit was geen probleem! daarna kwamen ze op de precies hun afspraak na, en zonder veel herrie gewerkt, ik ben er gelukkig mee:)

Bij mijn nieuwbouwwoning is de meterkast niet conform NEN1010 opgeleverd. Van der Sluis is niet op de hoogte van de NEN normeringen voor elektrische installaties. Wanneer hier op gewezen wordt, krijg je geen inhoudelijke reacties. Als dus een veilige installatie wilt hebben, dan zou ik Van der Sluis links laten liggen. Helaas had ik die optie niet.
