I wish I have red negative reviews before I purchased anything in this shop. I had exactly the same experience as it is mentioned in the earlier reviews. Before I dealt with Echo live Veldhoven I could not imagine the service being so bad. Very rude and disrespectful attitude towards a customer causing a lot of stress and frustrations. You as customer get no help, no possibilities to return the product or exchange it even if it got damaged during delivery. On top of that you are exposed on insults of being the customer who visits the shop too many times before making decision. I still cannot believe how they could treat me this way and that the shop with such an attitude can still function. They lost one more customer for good and I truly don’t recommend it to anybody.

Wij hebben onze meubels bij de Echo gekocht in Veldhoven. Samantha heeft ons super geholpen. Alles samen mee uitgezocht en gekeken wat er bij ons past in huis. Het duurde even voordat we alles in huis hadden maar dat was het helemaal waard! Samantha dankjewel voor het regelen van al onze spullen.

Hier kunnen veel meubelzaken een voorbeeld aan nemen, een geweldige service. Een bank gekocht en die had een kraak als je er in ging zitten, deze werd opgehaald en kreeg een reserve bank na twee weken kregen we de bank terug zonder kraak, nogmaals een super service.
