Unfortunately unprofessional, I went to day to the store but was no one insdie .. needed to wait more than 5 min until some one came. He gave me a visit card to call if i need information!!!!! Why he is there if he can't help! Not normal The place not organized inside. Dark.. and dirty... I was hoping to have look and choose a sauna .. Sorry but I can't trust By the way its hard to find it on Google map. Its very hidden.. I needed to ask peope to find the store .. shame:(

Onprofessioneel, dame die er liep kon weinig vertellen... alleen over 2 soorten hout... we zouden gebeld worden..door iemand met verstand van zaken.. meerdere weken verder nog niks gehoord. Laat maar zitten... weinig vertrouwen in....

Zeer professionele organisatie. Ze hebben veel verstand van sauna's en kunnen je goed adviseren. Wij hebben een Infraroodsauna gekocht en hebben ons van te voren verdiept in welke lampen nou wel en niet gezond voor je zijn. Michiel van Cerdic heeft ons hier verder in geadviseerd en met wetenschapplijke onderzoeken onderbouwt wat je het beste kan kiezen. Cerdic heeft een prachtige maatwerksauna gebouwd. Dit geeft een veel luxere uitstraling dan de standaardsauna's die je veel tegen komt. De prijs/kwaliteit was prima. Ik zou zeker adviseren op zijn minst met Cerdic te praten zodat je direct het verschil kan ondervinden
