Good for kids
The park is constantly evolving into a better park, which is good. Now there's a designated trail to follow while walking through the park, I guess due to Corona, but that also makes the park more transparent and less annoying with people walking the opposite way. The birds and animals look healthy which indicates good care on them. Oh and kids (adults too) can feed the parrots (bird food available at service desk/counter)

Very big place with hundreds of parrots. They have a lot of space, the aviaries are large and parrots look very well. It seems that they have good conditions there. There's a lot of playgrounds for children so even when kids don't enjoy animals, they can have a lot of fun.
Nice small zoo where you're able to feed the birds. Small variety of animals but I found the park in places, needed a good Refurbishment. The restaurant has a mix of rusty tables (vintage?) And the only system to announce your order is ready is being shouted out. Theres also very little to no healthy options. Not enough toilets and changing area is very primitive.
Really enjoyed my day. I haven't been here for 15 years. It's wonderful what's been done. Highly recommend to visit. Feed the birds and enjoy a nice snack on the terrace. Expect to spend 3 hours here at a minimum. More is even better. Oh, it's not just birds!
We have never been in this zoo and it's so close to our home. So, today we finally visited. We bought some seeds at the entrance and the kids were delirious. Feeding birds, wow! It took us more than 4h to see most of the zoo, but we're soooo sloooow. A nice zoo, close home, I'm sure we'll come here again. At the entrance I saw this teak tree slice(?), tree born in 1539!!!! And then with marked years. What a super brilliant idea!!!! Something to put our short lives in perspective.
Visited for the first time on Wednesday, September 23rd. It was fairly decent. Some enclosures were a little on the small side and some animals showed signs of stress. Other than that, not too bad.
Tis a great park with a wonderful concept: they provide a new home for mistreated exotic animals. I would certainly recommend this place for a nice family visit. Make sure you buy the nuts they offer so you can feed the parrots, it is a very fun way to interact with the animals!
Wonderful zoo with lots of parrots and other birds (flamingos, eagles, owls, ets.). You can feed parrots with nuts using special sticks. There is also jungle indoor and outdoor playgrounds. So it is a good place to visit with children.
