Goede duidelijke website met goede navigatiestructuur. Kon artikel vrij snel vinden.

Zeer slecht. Online een bestelling gedaan die we konden afhalen in de winkel. Online ook betaald! Eenmaal in de winkel blijkt dat ze maar 1 van de 2 pakketten aan ons willen meegeven omdat ze het andere pakket weg hebben gezet voor een andere klant. Deze klant had nog niet betaald. Nadat ze met het hoofdkantoor hadden gebeld hebben ze de bestelling geannuleerd. Nu moeten wij nog maar hopen dat we het geld terug gestort gaan krijgen. Wij kochten regelmatig bij Intertoys en ook voor veel geld. Nu dus NOOIT meer!!!!
