Hi guys. I was reserve vw caddy here couple weekend ago then we get some mercedes. Anyway when we arrived there, i asked the sellerman to change the driver. He told that like very jerkly you can not change because i dont have a time! He was very jerk with us. Also we did'nt get back the deposit but we left the car on the right place with full tank of petrol.2 weeks ago but we sould get back within 4 working days. I just sent an email why we did not get back the money for deposit ??? But no answer!!! Guys if you have other option to get car or transport car or something, use that! Honestly i was rent 4 times car from bo rent, always from Tilburg, Breda, the service was excelent, but this man was normal with everybody who was dutch that time just not with us! That is disguting!
