Very bad. I bought a new phone specifically because of a special offer but the salesman only wanted to get me to buy unnecessary accessories and never told me I had to register to get the special offer. I wasted almost a hundred on stupid unnecessary rubbish and lost out on a 250 euro speaker. Don't bother with this place! Never going back and telling everyone to keep away

Ik wist niet wat zekerheid was tot ik bij tmobile shop Venray kwam. Excellente service waarbij ik mij thuis voelde. Ik werd gelijk geholpen en Niki, de vrouwelijke werknemer toendertijd met krullen aarzelde niet om het probleem op te lossen! Heel erg dankbaar!

Na maanden nul op request te hebben gekregen van de klantenservice van T-Mobile kwam vanuit de T-Mobile Shop in Venray van Stan ter Horst de verlossende zin \ik ga jou helpen\. Stan heeft werkelijk alles gedaan om mij daadwerkelijk te helpen en heeft er voor gezorgd dat er een oplossing kwam. Stan ter Horst, dikke dankjewel en ik hoop dat de tompoucen gesmaakt hebben ook al waren ze niet magenta maar roze.
