My ex gave me a cat. This cat turned out to belong to someone else. The big fat guy checked the chip which is how we found out. They called the owner of the cat so she could come collect the cat. I understood the situation and told them to give the cat to its rightful owners. Instead of accepting that They told me lies about the owner. The owner didnt want the cat, the owner refused to collect the cat. I asked for the owners number numerous times and they said they had to espect\ the owners wishes for privacy (hypocrites cause they gave her my number later) because she refused to give me her number. I got the cat back. I later get a call from the owner demanding i give back her cat. I spoke with the owner and it turned out they lied to both of us. These people are sneaky and pathetic. They only see dollar signs. No respect for human beings or the damages of their consequences. These are not respectable people, nor are the professionals. Please take your pets to a different vet.
Great help and support for our dear cat
i DONT reccomend. our rabbit was sick and i took it there as an emergency. doctor was smiling etc and kept it for an observation (i was told that i could take it probably 6 hours later). 3 hours later i got a call: my rabbit died. i was crying a lot... doctor explained me what was the reason not clearly at all (she said that she didnt manage to examine it so far). however dissappointing was that when we came to regulate the payment (about 150 euro for died rabbit!) the doctor didnt even come to say she is sorry. it was one big disaster and we wont use their services again.
Friendly people who help your animal in a tender way. They were a big help when my cat was suffering of a bad illness.
These people are money hungry!! They are not in business out of love for animals!
