Patient staff. Helped us through reprinting new application because of correction. Verified all forms patiently. Because of that, we did not have to come twice. Defntly need a couple more staff. Better to pack water and snacks, as we have to fill and refill forms.

I have a mixed experience with vfs. Never the less, location is great, just besides to the Rotterdam Central station. Convenient to reach there by public transport, bike or by car. 5 minutes walk from nearest underground parking. Parking rates are 50 cents per 15 minutes. It's on 3rd floor of the building. Take right after elevator exit and you will see the office with \Incredible India\ posters. Quite busy in morning and relaxed after lunch. Preferred time for submission is after 13 hrs. But be aware that the counter is closed at 14.30 (sharp) for submission. Photo facility is also available at reasonable (cheap) price compared to photo studios. 4 photos (as per Indian passport requirements) in 2 euros. Normally 15 euros for 4 copies in studios. Office is quite simple but sufficient. Please bring your laptop so that you can adjust / refill forms in case needed.

Had a very good experience with my visa application process through VFS Rotterdam. Minimal waiting time. Michael was very helpful with checking and completing my application. Once submitted, status updates are sent by SMS and e-mail. Was able to collect my passport with visa within a week.
