I have been to many Victoria‘s Secret stores around the world. London, Verona, etc. and I’m definitely not a person who gives negative reviews. But this time I have to give a negative review because I’m very disappointed by this Victoria’s Secret experience. I think the shop is fine, it’s small but okay. But the staff is far away from a typical Victoria’s Secret experience. They didn’t even say hello, no word about if we need help, they we’re chatting next to us like friends who are having a coffee. My advice: if you’re used to the experience of a “typical” Victoria’s Secret Shop, please don’t go there. I think this shop is no good image for this brand.

Store is quite small and doesn't have lingerie! There are lots of perfumes and other things you don't need, so I guess OK for gifts, etc., but for the things you expect from VS, a big no.

It took me a long time to find and I had to ask many people for directions, the person I was shopping with wasn’t very impressed as they don’t have any bras and their perfume range isn’t great. I don’t know why they would put a VS in the middle of Amsterdam and not have full blown store for customers to access. On the other hand the staff were very kind and very helpful and even offered other stores near by to go and have a look at out of their own personal experience. I do recommend if you only need a small item but would look for alternative shops if you are looking to do big shopping
