Placed an order in April 2020, VindiQ itself could not to be supplied by their Importer because of the current Covid circumstances. They then could not ship the order within a reasonable timeframe. Upon contact, VindiQ has promptly responded and trustfully reimbursed the order. VindiQ doesn't sound like a Corporate size company. An aspect I do like about such enterprises is that they give personal care about service and can respond very adequately. I would initially give a 4 star because I believe they had some space to give me pro-active updates on my order, and i am still giving a 5 because I trust VindiQ is a honest company which was responsible and responsive and I trust they will want to improve where they can in future to satisfy the customer at best. Too bad the order didn't work out, I wish all the best future and success to the owner.

Just had one of the lousesiest experience with them. The mistake was made from my side initialy and asked for their help in regards, they said it’s my problem. They dropped off the product to a random address. No rensponsability to find me whatsoever. It’s out of their hands, dus my problem. I normally have good working relationships with brands, providers, but this was one bad experience all together. I highly recommend you avoid them and try to find another provider.
6x Really Useful Boxes 35L XXL had ik besteld. Dit aan een zéér goedkope prijs vergeleken met vele andere aanbieders. Een van de 6 boxen kwam echter beschadigd bij me toe. Op het mailtje dat ik stuurde kreeg ik meteen een vriendelijk en verontschuldigend antwoord. Tevens werd me een nieuwe box beloofd. Deze kwam zeer spoedig bij mij toe. Ik kan alleen maar lof hebben voor deze shop. Een woord is hier blijkbaar nog een woord. Keep it up Maurice, je bent een voorbeeld voor velen! Mij zie je zeker nog eens terug als tevreden klant.
Zeer goede opvolging, ook als er een probleem is. Zeer tevreden.

Ik had Vindiq Office recentelijk een mail gestuurd dat er een paar Durable producten kapot waren gegaan na een aantal maanden, ik vroeg ze of ze een oplossing wisten of konden bemiddelen met de fabrikant wellicht. Echter werd er deze week als verrassing een compleet nieuw doosje Durable kaartenhouders kosteloos bij me bezorgd. Wat een topservice! Dankjewel!
