Paul placed a single mass flywheel and performance clutch on my BMW E36 328i in July 2018. On bringing my car Paul's reception was pleasant. I was given, FREE OF CHARGE, an E46 328i loaner, to make the round trip of 280 km between his company and my home. Two days later I returned to pick up my car. The old clutch, dual mass flywheel, pressure plate, throw out bearing and worn plastic pivot pin were waiting for my inspection, in the boxes of the newly placed high quality Sachs performance items. We analysed the cause of the slipping: a combination of inferior quality parts during the last clutch swap (only 50.000 km ago) and too much power from my Rotrex supercharger. The new single mass flywheel, performance pressure plate and 6-puck sinter plate took about a week of getting used to / running in. Now I absolutely love it. No more slipping. The clutch feels almost as smooth as the original dual mass, with only a slightly stronger pedal pressure needed. The whole driveline feels completely solid and very direct. I have encountered no gear chatter, a much discussed topic when the subject is single mass flywheels. I highly recommend Paul's company: quality work, great service and Paul knows exactly which performance parts work well together, and gets the combination right the first time. The price for the parts and labour was very competitive. Peter.

Paul Vlasblom kent de zwakke punten van de 996 en 997 als geen ander. Ik vroeg hem bij wat periodiek onderhoud om mijn auto (997 Carerra S uit 2005) eens goed na te lopen. Dat heeft hij gedaan en daarbij enkele veelvoorkomende mankementen geconstateerd. Hierover werd goed gecommuniceerd gedurende het proces en alle uitgaven werden op voorhand aangegeven. Door zijn grondige kennis van de techniek van de auto, ontdekte hij ook een montagefout van een eerder onderhoudsadres, waardoor een langlopende klacht werd opgelost. Al met al een positieve ervaring die wordt gekenmerkt door deskundigheid en heldere communicatie. Klantgericht zonder onnodige blabla.
