We were here after a day at the lake in Effeld for a snack. The shop was lovely to look around. We bought two bottles of the self brewed beer. We finally sat down for some coffee / coke and some tart which was really nice. In total we paid about 9 I think. While we were sitting there some cats walked around and said hello. A kitten wanted a cuddle and was really cute. The self brewed beer is very good. I will need to go back for some more. At the farm were also a lot of animals to look at, some chicken, rabbits, ducks and goats. The staff was very nice and spoke English and German.

Picturesque farm shop with some really great local produce and beers. Equally enjoyable to get a coffee and a piece of cake here. We’ve also enjoyed their canoe tours which starts just by the car park and is about 1h30-2h up the Rur. Picked up at the other end and driven back to the farm shop. If you’re nearby or driving by it’s a really nice place to stop. You can even see some Goats/chickens/rabbits etc.
Very helpful and friendly owners.
