Poor service and false advertising. I bought some jeans and I wanted to exchange them. When I went there to extange the workers were rude and told me that it was my fault I did not know about their non extange rule because I do not speak Dutch. There was nothing saying I could not return items in store the only place that said was on the bill after I pay for the item, there should be a sign in the store. They just lost a client and will lose many international clients with this rude service and false advertising.

Had a great experience with them this week! Ordered two articles, one unfortunately I was notified afterwards was out of stock - sent an email to substitute for a different item, and the team was responsive and polite and was able to meet my needs! So great to see such a company thriving and putting customers first. Will 100% order again.

freakin thieves that took my money and they don't know why the delivering company can't deliver to my pretty normal, out of war zones address!!!! no explanation, no fixing of the freakin problem. worst shopping experience ever.
