Best atmosphere I've ever seen in a sport club! Friendly and fun professional help without being pushy. The group lessons are fun, the variety in yoga lessons is endless and the teachers are so educated and professional. Really love this place!

Could be a great gym if they would have not established a deceitful membership cancellation system, which makes you pay for unused months. They are not flexible and stick to their bad practice. Also could improve their communication - they handled my complain against their cancellation practice in an agressive manner and told me that it was the sign of their solidarity that they did not make me pay during the corona virus when the gym was closed. Less arrogance - clearer communication - better service! xo

Great gym, but need to be careful while cancelling. I had to cancel due to injury, when I had called them they were adamant & strongly suggested to keep membership on hold for 3 months instead of cancelling, they had mentioned that my membership will start when I'll be back to gym. Apparently gym simply wants to make money out of us so they started my membership without a notice, due to which I had to pay for 2 months extra without going gym. A transparency and clear communication would have been better, I feel cheated.

Exercise would be a superb gym if it was correct. In the signed contract you are obliged to pay a further month in case of the termination of the membership. The gym was closed due to COvid and reopened on the 1st of July.On the 2nd of July I contacted them in order to terminate my contract as I was moving to another country and accepted to pay one extra month without using their service. However it was not enough they are about to deduct the monthly fee once again until the end of August saying the calendar month is what counts. That is ,as I cancelled my membership in July (no matter they were closed thus I had no opportunity to do it beforehand and thus I have slipped into July only by 2days) I have to pay 2 extra months for nothing. This problem would have not occurred if they were communicating clearly or at all how to proceed with the memberships while they are keeping closed. Instead now the manager is talking in a contemptuous non cooperative/understanding way demanding me to pay for an unusued service for another month. ( The extra fun part is that I was using the gym only for a month in February)
