This review is about the online store of Sjaak's Hobby Shop. First of all, the store has an extensive selection of models and materials. Secondly, anyone who builds scale models knows how difficult it is to find the complete list of paints for a given model online. There is a very useful feature here, which affected my buying decision: the required paints for the model are listed near the description of the model and you get to choose from available different types of paints (e.g. enamel, spray, etc.). This feature of the online shop makes it very easy to buy the model and the paints together. The customer care is also excellent after the purchase is made. Sjaak himself called me to tell me about an off-stock item and made recommendations for replacements. After receiving the package, which was prepared with care, I noticed a liquid glue came out hardened. The replacement of the item was done like a snap by Sjaak at once!
