Hello, I bought a Mercedes Benz c180 almost 4 months ago here. First two week I had faced right front tire alignment problem. After that, I sent an email to VSB auto explained to the situation. But they said we can't do anything for you. So, I fixed the problem in the official Mercedes service. Besides that, Two weeks ago my car gave the notification about service B care. I took an appointment from Mercedes service. After that, they gave me really bad news about the car. The total cost to fix this car will over 2000 euro. Because the car has many problems as below the screenshot mentioned. - Engine chain need to change because the chain makes noise during driving (advice: don't drive) - Subframe on the back rusted will soon get a hole in it. - Brake lines on the back are rusted So, I called VSB auto. They only said you have to solve this problem with Mercedes. They didn't suggest anything. They multiple times told me you have to talk with the Mercedes. I have driven this car only 3000 km for almost 4 months. I think above the problem should not be occurred in the 4 months. I just trusted them. Because they seem a family company. But, it's a really bad way to buy a car here. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY A CAR HERE !!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE Few weeks after buying, the car signalled it needed an update. It appeared really neccessary: it looked like it had never any maintenance, so we were immediately confronted with a 550 eur expense. The car was not checked at all, zero. VSB claimed they only had one key, which they mentioned right after siging the transaction (go buy an electronic key somewhere!). By the way, later we found a second key in the dashboard locker, so they even had not opened the locker. It appeared to be an imported car (they had not mentioned) which they had not checked at all before selling, even not opening the door it seems like. When I mentioned this, I got the following response: too bad ! Do not go there: bad cars, bad service. Also realised too late that VSB is not connected to BOVAG or any other quality assurance organisation.
If you wish to buy expensive car which will not drive after 2 weeks this is a perfect place for you! But if you wish to buy car in good shape and don't pay 3 weeks later 1500 euro for repair don't even go there.
*Do not buy a car there.* They make promises they don't keep. I was supposed to get a car with a new APK, clean interiors, different rims and a tire repair kit. None of that was there! It took 3 weeks to have the car ready to be picked up. They washed the car at the very last moment and excused themselves of not having the APK, rims and kit there because their colleague (who sold the car) did not inform them.
