I have been to this shop 4 times before, concerning online orders that were dropped at Jan Weerneker's. This time, I had to return an office chair to Amazon. This relatively large package was not suitable for home pickup by DHL, so Amazon advised me to go to my nearest DHL ServicePoint. Unfortunately that place is owned by Jan Weerneker's. When I entered the shop I greeted him, no response. I told him that I wanted my package to be returned to Amazon. He said that the package was too big while shaking his head. According to him I needed to organize a pickup by DHL. After explaining to him that a pickup of my package was not an option he only answered that there is no other option and I should take my package out of his shop, because he cannot help me. Thanks a lot mate I solved the problem by bringing my package to the next DHL Service point in Bennekom. Without any hesitation they took my package and sent it to Amazon. The kind assistant at DHL told me that many people from Wageningen bring their packages to DHL Service Point in Bennekom because there are \problems\ with Jan Weerneker's service. I told her my experience with Jan's service and his unsympathetic personality. It turns out this wasn't the first time she heard this about Jan.

I left my broken TV for reparation. It took 2 weeks to Mr Weernekers for sending me an email saying \De LCD is helaas niet meer te repareren Onderzoekskosten zijn 40.00\. No further explanations about the failure, neither a real diagnosis. The guy is not customer friendly at all.

De medewerker in de winkel vertelde mij dat reparatie van mijn box ongeveer 40 euro zou kosten. Toen ik de box mocht komen ophalen schrok ik echter toen ik opeens 74,50 af mocht tikken. Het was wel zo netjes geweest om even contact met mij op te nemen over het grote prijsverschil, maar dit is helaas niet gebeurd.
