Unfortunately the company behaved very unreasonably in the pandemic refusing to refund the money to people. We paid the full amount and I have been too unwell to travel and risking getting a virus. They just keep pushing us to move our booking further charging fee every time. The is no way we can travel in the foreseeable future due to my health. I was hoping to visit the place a few times but now after how they treated people, especially vulnerable due to health reason and unable to travel in the pandemic I don't think I will ever do.

We really enjoyed our stay in general and the facilities are great - lots to do for us all. The Duingalow was as expected - basic but clean with comfortable beds. However, the signage to find our bungalow was pretty bad - we walked and drove round for a long time trying to find our parking spot (and someone else was parked in it when we did finally find it). We were disappointed that the La Place restaurants were closed in the evening, especially as the information we were given stated that the one in the Plaza would be open for evening meals. We turned up and the doors were closed. Would have been good to have been notified of this in advance so we could make other plans. Many of the staff we spoke with during our stay were not very friendly.... a few smiled, but quite a few seemed to be either bored or grumpy - and one supermarket employee was just plain rude. We loved the Tikibad but (even though we all read Dutch) the signposting was incredibly confusing, which made finding our way around (particularly through the changing areas) very challenging. We don't understand why there was no alternative provision for keeping our bags in a secure space (due to the lockers being unavailable) - this doesn't seem to impact Covid19 risks at all. Generally we all had a good time, but these few points for improvement would have made our stay even better. We appreciate it must have been a hard year for you all so well done in keeping the place open and safe!

We went to Duinrell Amusement Park while we were at The Hague. It’s small park though but it’s an amazing place to visit. We were biking from The Hague to Duinrell and it took around 45 minutes. This park was so quiet in the winter time , some rides and shops were closed but we still had a great time at the Duinrell Amusement Park. For your information, this is not a place meant to be compared with the big amusement park such as Disneyland or Universal...but it’s still a place worth to go to spend a day.

Absolutely brilliant place. Been three times now and definitely going back. Kids love it. Its clean, tidy and theme park is free when staying. Also water park is second to none. Just cant fault it

Excellent place for family fun. Loads or rides available for children around 7yrs up depending on height. For the smaller younger kids it is quite limited on what rides they can go on
