Very bad firm, even worse than casa After 3 months still no solution for our leakage Rude and arrogant staff Way too expensive but zero service I don't recommend anyone to do business with vt2000

We have the 'pleasure' of paying over 200 a month to have VT2000 as our VVE. We pay them. Yet whenever I call to report a problem or ask a question regarding our property I'm treated like the shouldn't be inconveniencing them with my call. I'm still waiting to be called back three days after speaking to the most impolite person yet! I can't understand how businesses that revolve around people are still in business when they're so BAD at dealing with people. Must be making their shareholders some serious money, right?

worst of the worst ever . i had two incident with VT2000 . First time i contacted them was when I left my bike in the garage where all that security cameras are , and someone messed my both tires with a knife , i sent them a message to check their camera footage , they replied 3 days later and told me it was too late as the footage only stays for 3 days !! then why didn't you check their message early !!! second incident when I lost my key in December , i called them on 5th of December and let them know , they asked for my full key number and told me to wait for 3 weeks to receive the key , without any more info , i called few times to ask for tracking number as i needed to know when it will arrive , one of them hang up the phone on me !!! . so after waiting for about 3 weeks , they sent me a wrong key and even asked me to pay 30 Euro for it !!!! VT2000 team seems to don't know their own job requirements or how to deal with customers , VT2000 can not even be fit for a third world country . if you ever wanna rent or buy an apartment where VT2000 is responsible in it's building , I suggest you to think twice .

Wij werken al lange tijd met VT2000 en zijn hier zeer tevreden over. Ook nu in Corona tijd een super goede oplossing voor de jaarvergadering in digitale vorm via hun portal.

Ik en mijn man vinden VT2000 een zeer fijn beheer kantoor met duidelijke communicatie. Als wij een vraag hebben of ergens hulp bij nodig hebben, dan kunnen we altijd terecht en worden we vriendelijk geholpen! Het personeel is kundig en denkt vaak mee met wat het beste is voor de VVE. Helaas hadden wij twee weken geleden last van een lekkage maar deze is uiterst snel en zorgvuldig opgepakt. Bedankt hiervoor VT2000!!! Wij raden dit beheer kantoor zeker aan als je prettig geholpen wilt worden.

Belachelijk slecht bedrijf wat meerdere malen heeft gelogen over schade meldingen. Niet mee in zee gaan.

Gelukkig nu weg bij dit bedrijf. Communiceren schijnt lastig te zijn voor ze. Daarnaast is stormschade van februari 2020 in januari 2021 nog niet opgelost........ en dat noemen ze er bovenop zitten
