I loved the changes of this shop. The parking lot is now more accesible to the customers.
Love how energy efficient and ecofriendly the new building is with the solar panels etc. Nice :)
Pros: Excellent Place with lot of Parking spots! All the things are at great price! You have self billing for convenience which saves lot of time. Now they have Lidl Plus App Klatenkaart where you scan during the billing, you get Digital KassaBon in the app which is super easy and you dont need to worry about missing a bill incase of returns. Also saves Paper! The App also shows new offers Cons: If you got after 6pm, they racks are mostly empty, anything meat,breads, veggies and the Staffs has no clue if the product is available or not, the people are lazy to rack the stuffs it if is over. Management has to look into it. I see very young people who have no clue about service/Super Market industry, train them for superior experience for customer at shop. Things to improve: Try to keep more meat varities consistently not only during festive season. We expect wie range of meat varities. There is Klant Toilet, But I have no idea how to access it.. it is locked always. There are some products with offers but they are not there at the racks, either refill it or remove the label.
