Quite frankly getting cheesed off with these rude / disrespectful / obstinate drivers who dont give a toss for the rules or other persons private property. Driver actually stated - ITS A FREE COUNTRY I PARK HERE IF I WANT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM CALL THE POLICE, Wouldn't move, even though he was blocking access to a private property. AVOID THESE amateurs!! Drove off 5 minutes prior to police arrival.
