This place is dreadful at giving a service. Seriously dreadful. No answer. Makes you pay for being on hold. My word. Unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. I just wanted to ask about changing my ticket and nothing came back from their side.

It is a worthless travel agency I have ever encountered. Just 2 few days before our departure to Nepal with Turkish Airline we were informed that our return flight was changed. We were not going to make the connecting flight on 24th of November from Istanbul to Amsterdam and were offered hotel in Istanbul. First of all we could have got that flight as well, as other passengers coming from Nepal in the same plane were able to do so. Secondly, to leave the airport we had to purchase transit visa and all other expenses (next day breakfast since we had to wait for longer than 9 hours). I informed WTC and ask them to manage the refund, in total around 200 euro (5 passengers). WTC refused to help us and told us that they could do nothing. When I contacted TA, they told me to contact the travel agency! But they mentioned that they would refund the expenses we made for visa and breakfast in Istanbul. After various emails with WTC and TA we are now preparing a complain against WTC, as we understand from EU Regulation on air passenger rights that WTC should take the responsibility and facilitate the whole process. Now we are starting court case to settle the issue.

This agency put a 'van' in between my first and last names when I made a booking, which meant I couldn't handle my booking or even fly. When I told them that they have written my name wrong, they requested 45 euros to change it to what I actually wrote when I booked. Besides that, since basically all agencies charge money for payment, please just inform about the actual ticket cost (including payment charge), when someone searches for flights, instead of throwing it at you when you're about to pay. Most agencies are playing with customers and not being honest about it.
