The rating was changed after discussion with the Customer Service, finding out that their advertisement is not that fair: Me: -Hello, can you please tell me what does mean cut-proof? I've tried to cut the bag, and it turned out that it's not impossible at all. CS: -Sure thing Please note that the PP-board that is integrated on the inside of the bag (in between the materials) is cut-proof. So, the first layer can be cut through but they cannot actually cut through your bag. We could’ve off course made the whole bag out of PP but then we would’ve had to charge a higher price. Me: -Thanks for the fast answer. Are you talking about that soft material that is present only around the basic part of the bag, but not the extensible part? If so, could you please share with me more information about this material? I'm very curious, as touching it, it doesn't seem to be that resistant, so I'd like to make sure, that leaving this bag somewhere is that safe. CS: -You can feel the PP-board through the fabric. We highly suggest not leaving your backpack anywhere unattended. Me: -Sorry, but that was the point in that ugly lock, wasn't it? I mean, it's not that ugly, because of that I've bought it. But what's the reason in it if the seller, strongly recommends you to not use it? CS: -I thought you were talking about the Bobby OG. Which bag do you have? The Urban? The Bizz? The Urban Lite? Me: -The urban, standard version. CS: -Where did you buy the bag? Could you perhaps send us a couple of pictures? Me: -On the XD-design's website. Yes, I could. But what kind of pictures? I've cut it a little bit, in order to be able to use it. Don't get me wrong, I'm ok with it, but I want to know the real limits in which I can use it. CS: -We want to see the cut Me: -Guys, If I'll make it so, that it will be seen on photo, will you resend me another one? CS: -Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that. *THE END*
