Slecht gemaakte brace. Therapeut is niet voldoende geschoold om de brace aan te meten op het gebied wat ontzien moet worden. Gebied werd d.m.v. de brace juist meer belast wat voor verslechtering van de klachten zorgde. Na aanpassing was de brace niet meer bruikbaar. Voor een nieuwe moest er opnieuw een afspraak gemaakt worden tegen volle kosten.
