Way too sweet for the brown sugar milk tea, even it is a light version. Price is too high for that quality, I have tried much better version of the brown sugar milk tea in the shop in Amsterdam with similar price. No indication whether the tea (fruit flavor tea) has ice or not and you only got surprised by them with tons of ice when making the tea. I remembered it was better in the past but it is getting worse now. I will not come back here anymore, even I have milk tea craving.

Best ever BBT Fix !! Used yo-yo Utrecht so many times now .. that I literally know the whole of the menu :P My favourite is the original and also the taro .. BB is nice and fresh .. (other places are rock hard and seems like it’s been forever in the fridge ). Nice and clean with a hype modern twist ! Would highly recommend!! Keep up the good work with amazing staff and service :)

I think this bar could not running for one week if it opened in an Asian country. Not real bubble tea taste, only sweet.

Worst service i have ever seen, travelled an hour to take the kids for a drink to find the store closed at 18:06, website mentions covid new times 19:00, disgusting experience! A NO GO especially after trying to convince them their own website states 19:00!

Decent drinks with mostly poor service ( except one mid length hair guy ) much lack of flexibility in customizing drinks options. Though might be your only better option in Utrecht, thus a comparably knockoff waiting to be replaced once authenticity lands. Updated: service has been improved!

I’m personally not a tea fan, but they also have the possibility to customize your own drink. I had a milkshake with ‘poppins’. It’s not too pricey and it tastes good, definitely recommend it

Taro milk tea had no taste. Way too much water. When I simply asked for extra taro powder, they said it couldn't be done. Tapioca pearls also have a weird texture.
