While everybody is having difficult time with covid-crisis, Zein is making profit on the back of parents and of Dutch authorities ! They still ask to be paid for transportation, food and electricity costs ... although they obviously do not pay any of those fees at the moment (Zein locations all closed) and they threaten parents who complain about it. Shameful ! ******* Additional comments further to Zein response: Very interesting to see how polite Zein management is when communicating publicly on the internet and how disrespectful and threatening they are when talking to parents by private email or face to face ! They only aim at making profit on the back of children and parents (in particular, double check your invoices, throughout the year they repetitively charge extra hours and services that they do not provide)... the rest is pure hyprocrisy ! Never ever trust them !

I didn't like the transition period with them, after a while, it is something like let her cry and go back home, it will be OK. But it wasn't Ok at all with my daughter, she kept sucking het thumb all day long, and refused to eat anything there. So we finished the contract with them.
