Excellent service, my motorcycle was ready earlier than estimated, they deliver on their promises. I read a lot of review complaining about not being offered coffee, I actually was offered coffee when I took my bike there for a service :) The staff is friendly, and they did an excellent job. After a big service I got my motorcycle back with full tank and much cleaner than I left it there. I can definitely recommend.
The shop is a very nice place with much clothing and accessories. I did ask for an online estimation on buying a new bike (while trading in my old one) but unfortunately I was asked to come to the store. I wonder what the online estimation they offer is for than. Update August 29: I spend 45 minutes looking at the different bikes that have in their showroom. Not once did a sales person approach me. And it wasn't very busy. Furthermore, there were several bikes with flat tires in the showroom. Not so good for the tires. At home I requested a quote for a new bike, but no response so far. It's amazing, their clothing and parts departments are very helpful and friendly. So I often buy clothes there. But the bike sales department.....not a big fan. Update August 30: Because I was still interested in the bike I saw, I paid another visit to the shop today. This time with my wife (she has a say in which bike I buy...). The sales person was walking around in the shop, but again showed no interest in helping us. So after 20 minutes we left. Sure, we could have asked him to help us, but call me old fashioned, I don't want to beg if I can buy a bike. Came home, wrote an email with my proposal for a trade in. No response. A pity, but I'm not going to buy the Africa Twin at Hans van Wijk.
