For a maintenance job, they had to move my washing machine which resulted to be broken after they left. I have sent them 2 emails with the complain (2 months ago) and they simply never replied.
3 people came over. One was ''working'' two were looking. When they left the kitchen was full of dirt as they touched with dirty hands everywhere. They forgot to arrange the settings so there was no hot water and the boiler is making a loud sound every time we use the hot water.
dont really understand the bad reviews here - i have been a client for years and they have always been really good. This morning at around 5 am, no heating and no hot water so sent an online form asking for help - got a call back from bonarius at around 8, they promised somebody to come around before 12.30 - and they did - very nice guy cam, saw the problem and had it fixed in half an hour or so. Very pleased and would recommend

Ernstige vloerschade ontstaan na het plaatsen van een ketel. Ook de kraan is tijdens het plaatsen kapot gegaan, deze werd direct vervangen, maar lekt nog steeds. Zeer onkundig en onhandig gedaan, ook met een nare en negatieve houding van de desbetreffende Bonarius medewerker die eigenlijk vond dat er niets aan de hand was. Onacceptabel. Ik ga hier dan ook serieus werk van maken.
Bij deze wil ik een compliment overbrengen, de desbetreffende monteur heeft niet alleen zeer goed werk afgeleverd maar was tevens erg vriendelijk en zeer servicegericht. Hij heeft alles keurig netjes achtergelaten en inmiddels is het overal heerlijk behaaglijk warm in huis. Bovendien heeft hij de CV ketel zo goed afgesteld dat het ‘hete’ water uit de kraan ook altijd heet is.
