I came here with an easy matter. I only wanted to print out my invoices from the previous year. I had to wait a bit, but was served within 15 minutes total. There seems to be no problem and the staff were nice and helpful. On the other hand, I'd still prefer them to answer to my email regarding the case and nit having to visit them in person.

They keep not sending me the bill and I have to hunt them down in order to get it. Maybe they want to use this go get additional fees? If business is not working right, find a different way instead of trying to scam people.

Wow I thought I would be the only one that had a \minor\ issue but this is standard operating procedure with these guys/girls. Not answering telephone calls and sending last reminders including additional collection costs without having ever received the original invoice or the reminder. I have a track record of always paying my bills on time and wanted to check what went wrong. But again, nobody picks up the phone and after 3.30 minutes you get automatically disconnected. Maybe it's the nature of the beats that they behave like this but I have the impression that it can be done in a much better way. Update 16/01/2021, they have refunded the incasso cost. Much appreciated. Have adjusted the review score from 1 to 3.

What a waste of time to go to the website of Infomedics. I forgot my password for login. Guess what, I am still waiting for the email to recover my password. Probably they are sending these emails manually, that’s why is taking soooo long time. The reviewer above me went to their office to print out healthcare invoices. Guess what, I am still struggling to receive my orthodontist invoices for the year. I don’t want to imagine I need to visit Infomedics offices to print out my invoices.

This company should not exist! Received a reminder attached to a letter from a company collecting late payments. Never got the original bill
