Genuinely the best shop one could ever go to. The service is absolutely amazing, the people are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the place is always spotless and the prices are astonishingly low for the immaculate and perfect service. I've stepped in there once for my first piercing 12 years ago, never went anywhere else and have recommended it to everyone and their moms. Today I stepped in to check on a old piercing, they didn't charge for the check-up and the person that helped me was one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. The professionalism is through the roof and I genuinely think you could scour the world and not find a better place.

I went there and got my conch piercing this year end of January. The experience was just depressing: 1. They only offer titanium jewellery, which is very expensive and unnecessary for piercings, since surgical/stainless steel is also sufficient for piercings. 2. I had to wait over 45 minutes, although I made an appointment 3. The women who showed me the jewlery was very rude and impatient 4. The jewellery fell out just the next morning and I had to go there again to get it fixed. 5. The conch was pierced in the wrong angle, so that dirt can gather around on one side, amking it harder to clean and taking more time to heal. I had several pretty serious iritations, although I am very good at keeping my piercings clean and have a lot of experience with that. 6. Choosing the cheapest jewellery I still payed 120EUR in total, which is waaaaay to expensive for a badly pierced conch. I have several piercings and I know a good piercing studio and what the appropriate price for that should be. Most of the time I pay between 45 and 65 EUR including jewellery. This studio is doing nothing but scamming there customers.
Super nice staff, great tattoo artists, amazing piercers too. Can't do anything but recommend this place!
