We had their delivery box yesterday and it was fantastic. Clear instructions, easy to prepare meals and delicious combinations. The delivery was also very exciting, in a big ribboned box. This would make an amazing gift, to a friend or just to yourself

Restaurant Publique is located at one of the most beautiful neighborhoods and city squares in the center of The Hague, 300 meters from the Peace Palace. The interior of the restaurant is a modern and elegant ambiance, while the exterior space matches the bordering stores. I visited Restaurant Publique on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty quite - 2 more tables served. The service was exceptional. Waiters took time to explain the menu, answer any question and queried for the existence of allergies. The Bib Gourmand menu was rather interesting, but there is room for improvement. Every dish was beautifully plated and food portions were ideal for a three-course menu. In terms of taste, I cannot say that I would love to try all dishes once more, especially the main courses. Nothing too special to amaze me and make me want to re-schedule a visit. I am not sure if this was intentional, since the restaurant offered a different menu for those who didn't want the Bib Gourmand choice and would like to taste \the very best of what they have to offer\, according to the waiter. I am curious to see how this restaurant will develop further.

A restaurant at one of the most beautiful squares in the centre of The Hague, with a fine and creative kitchen on its way towards the stars of cuisine. You are seated in a tastefully designed modern and elegant ambience. The service is extremely friendly and alert. The menus are very good proportioned, each portion perfect. Great sauces and reductions, each dish was delicious and creatively served. Good matching wines with each dish. A lot of quality for the price. There have been things forgotten by the waiters, when we ordered for another bottle of water and an extra glass of wine - I believe this is by coincidence and not the regularity. I am curious how this kitchen will develop further!
We really enjoyed the whole meal. From the Amuse-bouche to the dessert. They were all tasty and well balanced. We also appreciated all the advices of the staff. We will come back for sure !
