Holy cow! Absolutely without a doubt the *worst* service I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Beware all ye who enter here! You will not be given menus unless explicitly requested and your dinner will eventually show up after extended intervals of wondering what happened to your waiter. Oh, there they are, outside smoking. The perfect analogy was the clock our table kept glancing at to see how long we had been waiting only to realize that the hands were frozen in place. Pretty good niciose.
