My wife and I (with our 2 kids) had been customers of Eva for almost 4 years. Service was always ave/poor. We nearly ALWAYS had to wait for a long time after arriving. They changed their billing provider about a year ago, and I had to spend numerous times on the phone to correct mistakes and double billing. Also, one of their main phone receptionists does not speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate. To be honest, we should have switched dentists a long time ago, but it is such a pain to find a new dentist, on top of everything else we have going in life. The final straw was when Eva refused to forgive a no-show, even though it was our first in almost 4 years (!) AND their system forgot to send a digital reminder the day before. We have taken the time to ask our expat friends for a good recommendation, and life is better now. You can click on my profile and see that I rarely give negative reviews. But in this case, our experience was truly bad. :(

I am a client of Eva since several years now and I was never disappointed. The dentist services are very good and the mouth hygienists are very professional and friendly. The practice is very modern and nicely decorated. Whereas it is for controls or more urgent issues, they manage to find appointments for me and even called me back to go earlier when someone cancelled. One of the receptionist is not fluent in English but if you speak slowly she will understand (you can also email them).
To be upfront, I have never been a customer of this dentist. However, I tried 2 times to get an intake appointment. The first time, the receptionist did not speak english and put me on hold, only to eventually drop my call. A few days later, I tried the second time. I was asked to leave my number, and no one ever called me back. Now I am reading the reviews, and I see that this is not the type of practice I want to join. I am sure they did not intend it, but the reply to the customer who left after taking his family for 4 years basically confirms how bad it is... completely unacceptable type of service, in my opinion. I will try somewhere else.
