Highly recommend EMS. Excellent service from first contact. Was able to arrange emergency repatriation service to happen in only a few days from when first contacted them. Everyone we dealt with at EMS was professional and competent and really helped us with all the additional difficulties Covid restrictions cause. Thank you so much to Arno, Gert & Peter for your excellent service and kindness in getting me & my husband back from Spain to UK - we really appreciate all your help.

I cannot thank EMS enough!.. they saved my life by getting me back home...and the people are lovely..so understanding and sympathetic. They all went out of their way to make an arduous journey better...and saved me from my ordeal by bringing me safely home. You can totally rely on them,and trust them. They are so worth it!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. Linda was amazing - so helpful and reassuring and the actual move for my parents from Spain to the UK was faultless. My parents, whilst not unwell, were not very mobile and needed assistance. Arno went to their residence in Spain, gave them a medical to ensure they were fit to fly and accompanied them throughout the journey to their new home in the UK . Both they any I feel it was worth every penny.

My brother had been affected through Diabetes while in Spain and needed to return quickly to the UK after an amputation but could not fly. The moment I contacted EMS Ambulance B.V. their service and attention to detail was impeccable and whilst I was in England organising the road ambulance and their office is based in the Netherlands, they kept me informed every step of the way and, in no way, pressurised us as a family to purchase their services. They were so helpful and arranged his safe travel and arrival back in the UK within 5 days from my initial phone call. Linda B I cannot thank enough - she kept me sane through out what was a traumatic experience not just for my brother but to be miles away an unable to travel with him. Thank you all so much.
