I have been with LOI for 6 months now. I appreciate all the assistance I have received thus far from my tutors and from customer service. One can really see that this is an instituation that puts the student first. Dankjewel lieve LOI voor de gelegenheid om me verder te scholen.

Really bad experience I had to pay for a course I cancelled and they said they never received the materials back and they were asking me for the receipt from November. No email was sent to let me know what was happening and they said they send post that I never received. I paid the money but this are the first and last money they receive from me. From finance department they repeated the same thing over and over without listening. It was the first time I lost my temper while talking to a representative. Sales department did everything to sell me a course that didn’t apply to my needs. I speak no Dutch and I was send a grammar and spelling course for Dutch but it is for Dutch speakers.

Terrible materials and worse customersservice. I enrolled the Perfect Nederlands course, which should help master the language. The online and hard-copy materials are 200% theoretical (beyond believe really!), even for the Spreekvaardigheid or Stijl. When I gave notice to stop the course, it was unfortunately one week after the trial period. Customersservice didnt bother to ask why I was unsatisfied, they only emphasized that I couldnt quit \kosteloos\. I came in person to the offices to discuss with them the confusing bill they had sent me by email. The person by the reception tried to avoid this asking \cant you just send another email?\. When I finally got to talk with somebody, they read me the small print in the conditions to say you have to pay 3 months from the date you give notice to stop. Such an ill way to try catch you out and to fish some money. The course is so useless with regards to what they advertise and then the only thing they care of is the money.

Wat een baggerbedrijf! Niet mee in zee gaan. Opgegeven voor een cursus WordPress omdat ik graag mijn eigen webshop wilde bouwen. Bij een vraag moest ik iedere keer 5 dagen wachten op antwoord. Fijn als je vooruit wilt. Ze werken met een oude versie van WordPress dus er klopt niks van hun uitleg. Uiteindelijk mijn geld terug gevraagd, dat moest schriftelijk, wordt er niet geantwoord op de mail. Na 10 dagen gebeld. 3 weken daarna nog mijn geld niet terug. Weer gebeld en uiteindelijk zelf teruggeboekt via de bank. Website is nu bijna af dmv een gratis online cursus. Deze cursus heb je niet nodig. Weggegooid geld! Aanvulling: Op maandag mijn geld teruggeboekt, op woensdag ontvang ik een mail dat mijn cursusgeld niet afgeschreven kon worden en dat ik dat toch echt moet betalen. Op donderdag ontvang ik de rekening en nu zaterdag een betalingsherinnering......

Bureaucratie ten top. Reactie tijd klantenservice weken tot maanden!!! Elke keer iemand anders, elke keer weer het verhaal opnieuw. Bij het afsluiten lijkt het allemaal mooi, mooie praatjes maar zodra er betaald is gaan ze opeens verschuilen achter alleen regeltjes. Dat was mij niet zo verteld maar ik trek aan kortste eind. Voor mij LOI nooit meer... Ow ja update: ze gaan voor iets wat ze niet leveren ook niet crediteren... Makkelijk geld verdienen. Ik noem het diefstal en zo te lezen ben ik niet de enige!
