Do not get involved with this company or the Owner P. Lemeer. He does not respond to messages, does not return calls. Only when you get a hold of him in a call he will say that he will do stuff. I once needed a Landlord Statement. It took OVER A MONTH to get it. I texted him about 5 times, called him the same amount of times. I got the same answer every single time: I will do it. To his credit, eventually I got it. But now that I am not living here anymore the problems persist. In the contract it states that the company may take 3 (THREE) months to pay back the deposit for rent. This in it's own is an absurd amount of time, but it's legal and I signed it. So just a warning for every future tenant, check this in your contract and say that you want it back in a month. Because even after the three month I don't (DO NOT) have the money back. Mr. Lemeer doesn't pick up his phone anymore and he does not respond to text messages. I will update this review once I get my deposit back or when legal action takes its course.

It is a good solution if you don't want to conduct an extended research for accommodation. I was living at the ARCL building which is the lowest quality of all and I would say that they don't actually care about it because it is the cheapest one. The facilities were OK but the quality of cleaning was not good. In addition, it is hard to live with 25 more people but it has pros as well. I met wonderful people that we are still friends. However, late March they JUST ANNOUNCED us that they are gonna do renovation works and that it would be noisy from 8.30-16.30 every day. Since we were in quarantine we demanded to postpone the works but they said it was not possible. They offered us a solution to move out to the C building with the same price of rent. The hustle of the moving was big and they didn't even offer help. However, as an overall experience is quite good in terms of living with other people but the facilities and cleaning do not worth the price AT ALL. The guards are annoying and rude most of the times. Even during the pandemic they were super strict and the people that work at the reception not helpful at all. As an average, I would recommend it to people that want to live a short period there and are not willing to search for a shared flat. For Master students it is not the best solution since it is really noisy and kind of stressful. In my case, my floor (before corona) had really nice people and we were getting along well but of course the cleaning part (toilets and kitchen) was annoying. So many people living together, even if 2-3 are dirty, it is super obvious in the small (for 25 persons) kitchen of the ARCL.

Very bad experience. People from the reception were antipathetic and sarcastic when you would explain them your problems. Noisy, dirty and uncomfortable was the place. Rooms where precarious although ew\. No respect for rest nor privacy from students. It's cheap, but I decided to leave and ironically pay extra penalty month for a place that was not at the point of the expectations or contract clauses.

The rooms are alright, but the toilet and shower situation is annoying. Also it is super noisy all the time. At times it is really difficult to sleep (people being noisy in the kitchen without closing the door and not thinking about the fact that there are 15 other people on the same floor).

Beware of Terms and Condition g10 (early leave), penalty is paying for the rest of the month of leave AND the next one. When I asked about the procedure around leaving early at their office they didn't inform me about it and I ended up paying this unethical agency much more than I should've. Fuurthermore, the money compensation we received wasn't sufficient for noise pollution (various construction) throughtout the whole year.
