Very positive experience at the eye clinic. Helen, the ophthalmologist that checked my daughter, is amazing. She establishes great contact with the children (my daughter is 4) and she makes the eye check effortless. My daughter is always happy to go there.

This is the worst experience I have ever went through in my life. First they made me wait around six months to get an appointment then they have transferred me to another hospital. however they didn't transfer my files to the other hospital. Even though I have called five times to make sure that they have transferred my file they didn't transfer it. I had to get the fax number of the other hospital myself and give it to them so they can fax it. This is absolutely a disaster. Given the fact the extremely very high costs the service is below rubbish.
Slechtste ervaring ooit. Inmiddels al een halfjaar lang van “ontstoken” ogen en al 5 keer op bezoek geweest bij de oogarts. Helaas zijn ze niet heel kundig bij het Catharine ziekenhuis. Eerst kreeg ik een oogdruppel, die het alleen maar erger maakte, vervolgens kreeg ik een andere druppel waardoor ik me zicht verloor en om elke lamp kringen zag. 3e afspraak bleek door die druppel me oogdruk zo hoog te zijn dat ik nu nog een test moet gaan doen of ik geen blijvende schade heb opgelopen! De laatste afspraak wordt er gezegd, dit was het we kunnen niks meer vooor je betekenen, top hier in dit ziekenhuis! Bijna me gehele eigen risico weg, en nog steeds dezelfde klachten! Fijn!
Erge vriendelijke arts met een goede voorlichting en behandeling.
