I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. You would never think it was their intent to sell anything and I left feeling horribly mistreated. The two owners (fat man who looked like a toad and fat evil wife) were the worst people I have ever met in my life. I don't know what happened to make them so incredibly bitter towards others, but I seriously take pity on them. I would advise no one to go into this shop and looking through all previous reviews I am glad people took the time to write what these shop owners deserve. I hope the two pathetic owners read these reviews and consider changing attitude towards others.

Came to the shop for buying a knife. I kindly asked for showing me two knifes to compare the functions. The employer (who is probably the owner) was rude and treated me like I was a thief!!!! He refused to tell me anything about the knifes, and asked me ironically "you want to take a look at knifes, and what then? Are you going to buy one?" I said that I will base my decision on the functionality of one of these knifes. He refused to show me them and pointed at the window display outside the shop saying that I can go outside and take a look at some knifes on the window display. This is not the way to treat neither a customer nor a HUMAN BEING. I can't believe in what just happened.

Incredibly rude. Asked some questions about Swiss knives, with the intention to buy it, but ended up leaving the shop. Interested in camping, hiking and related materials, but will never step in this shop again, although living in Maastricht. My advice: for camping/kiking materials: Beaver sport or Perry, for Swiss knives: there's a shop in Roermond's outlet center.

today being treated in rough wording and pushed out of the shop. the only intention was buying a hat. can you believe it? pathetic guy, other couple before me same treatment. can't be believe it's their intention to sell something. probably other reasons for existance. bad manners. blame for the local shopping street and maastricht. save yourself time and good mood and don't go in.

Most horrible experience ever!!!! Never in my life have I met people this unbelievably UNfriendly. I entered the shop as my friend had the intention to purchase a Swiss knife. I had a closed bottle of water in my hand which I took a small sip of. While doing this the owner (I assume) (big fat grey man) walked up to me and told me whether 'I was properly raised by my parents or not?' .. I was so extremely shocked, and left the shop as the owner told me to leave right away (he walked behind me treating me like a dog). I was soooo annoyed with this behavior that I came back to the shop to tell this man and his wife (not sure whether this was a man or a woman) that this 'customer service' was not appreciated and that I was extremely disappointed. They pretty much told me to 'piss off' and that I should of been raised properly by my family. Unbelievable!!!!!! Please people don't even bother to visit this place! Just purchase your travel gears online or visit any other shop. Visiting this shop will ruin your day in Maastricht, while its actually a nice city that should be enjoyed!

Like the others say: super rude and poor selection anyway.
