My advise: First try diagnosing it yourself through Google and Youtube AND if you still can't solve your problem, try another store in the Netherlands. You can read my experience doen below. I brought my laptop to Fixers 3 different occasions. 1) On the 29th October 2020; Hoping to get two issues resolved (1: laptop crashes at random times during use. Especially in conference calls. 2: Screen shows weird statics now and then). After my visit I got a wrong diagnosis and paid for a repair (format and hard drive adjustment 130 euros) that should have solved the problem but that it didn't. (During that time, they took so long I lost my second job). 2) On the 4th December 2020; I went to give them a second chance. This time they performed a stress test and they AGAIN didn't diagnose the problem I experienced. They told me I must be doing computer work that takes up more space in the RAM (which is 16 GB). Disappointed I took their advise but it crashed on a simple Youtube video. Moreover, my Bluetooth and mouse also stopped working after the format. 3)On the 29th of January; I took it back to them for one last one time with a personal video of the crashes I experienced telling them how I experienced it and how it happens. They performed different stress tests this time, almost didn't diagnosed the same thing until the repair man finally experienced my problem AND finally took it serious. I will pick up my laptop this Monday hoping the crashes don't happen anymore and everything works like I received it. Have a bad feeling though they didn't solve the problem, left me worse of then when I started plus 130 euros less in my wallet.

I called to get a quote to have my screen repaired on my laptop and was given a price and took it in on May 8th. Upon inspection I was told the repair was going to be 30 euros more than the range already quoted. Once we agreed upon the price I was told it would be 3-5 business days to get the part and complete the repair. 12 days later I called customer service and was told that the repair would be completed that day. I received a text that the laptop was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up the gentleman that helped me showed the screen and then took my payment and walked away without many words. After taking the laptop home I noticed that some of the screws in the back case were missing and there was no connection to the battery. I called customer service and was told to take the laptop back to the store and they would repair the issue right away. As of right now I have not heard from the store since I took the laptop back in. Yesterday was a holiday so I understand this. However when contacting customer service I was told that \we're just humans and we make mistakes.\ I totally understand this however the only resolution thus far is to reduce the price of the repair back to its original quoted price. For a company that promises quick and efficient service so far that has not been my experience. The repair itself was expensive and to get a laptop back in worse shape than it was taken to them in is incredibly frustrating. BUYER BEWARE!!

After one of the generic phone repair companies you see in shopping malls fixed a new display on my iPad mini the entire machine was or bricked or living on its own and typing and swiping out of itself, I brought it to Fixers in Utrecht. They fixed it perfectly. I also brought my MacBook Air for a battery replacement and the machine is like new. They even cleaned it internally and removed some corrosion stains as well. Highly recommend this place.

One year ago I took my laptop to Fixers (Smart Repair) and asked them to replace fan with a brand new. In one month I got my laptop with the same old fan, but broken back cover and keyboard. The “specialists” of Fixers assured me, that the fan was replaced with a new one and charged me for the new fan and replacement service. Later I replaced the fan in another place and proved to Fixers, that they cheated me. After that they returned money and replaced the broken back cover and keyboard. But they didn’t compensate the time I spent to prove their cheating before they acknowledged that.

Good service! Staff was super nice and even handled short delay properly. Unluckily they were not able to repair my device.
