In Italy they have Trattoria/ enoteca, in Spain Tapas and of course in France the bistrot bar-a-vin. In Belgium its called a tavern and in the Netherlands the bistrot is known as a café, a simple place to eat, in between a restaurant and bar.ition to serving dinner we are one of the few places in the centre of Amsterdam that serves warm lunch. The menu is inspired by French cusine and we only use fresh seasonal products.

A very nice Restaurant! The Ambiente is wonderful, the music, the People there, everything All around just a perfect package. And the food was perfect! One of the best meals I ate in the last years actually. The price is also completely fine, especially for that atmosphere and such good food. All in all 5 Stars well deserved!
