Worst bike shop in Amsterdam. Had literally a screw to adjust quickly that fell out on my way to work. He refused to help me out, by providing one tool. And wanted to charge me 30 1h waiting time. He just opened and it would’ve been a matter of 1 minute.

I would have given a 0 if I could buy unfortunately that is not possible. The staff guys (including the boss) always try to get the highest amount of money possible from their clients without putting in any serious work whatsoever. I changed one of my wheels completely (including the spokes which got completely bent the first time i fell and was driving with moderate speed) and it got replaced with a very bad one (wheelspokes) which btw cost me 110 euros. Not to mention they charge different prices for the same services at different times. For instance a flat tire sometimes costs 20 and sometimes 30. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly and I wouldn't recommend this place, not even to my harshest enemies. Don't go there, find a better place for your bike (not hard at all tbh), don't even go near that place. Avoid it at any costs. Friends of mine have also used this repair shop's services and were at least as unsatisfied as me.
If these guys could charge you for the air you breathe, they would do it. Always ask them for the total cost before leaving your bike. You may get surprised with the response and decide to not have it done there.
What they do is good, problem is that I've compared prices with different places and this place here charges up to 4 times the amount of other places. If you don't know much about bikes, they seem to try to rip you off.
Such a rip-off. Bad service. Please go find a better place for the sake of your bike. Needed to fix the break. The pad was not necessary to change and told him i didn’t want to. Later came back and he has replaced the pad and he goes it’s already done. Got charged almost 50euros. I was annoyed but did not want to argue more. Then, the break started not working again in about two weeks. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Came here to see if they could fix my wobbly saddle. The guy told me it was broken and that I needed an entire new saddle. I went to a different bikeshop were they fixed it in less than 10 seconds, free of charge. Bike Factory is a scam! Really taking advantage of information asymmetry, don’t go here
They ask very high prices and usually when not needed at all (a few times i went to get my bike fixed elsewhere and the price was much lower) also they say you have to change all parts when you don't. Cant pay by card, only cash...which feels dodgy. im not going back, i always feel ripped off.
i don't really trust the shop and had the feeling i got ripped off, but that's just my incompetent gut feeling... nice service: free air pump outside
