I was a bit sceptic and curious before going. But once I got in the store. The service was very friendly and helpful. She explained all the steps before and answered all the questions professionally. I'm very happy with the results. I recommend this place!

Out of my experience with this place I don’t advice anyone to go there even if it is for free. I chose for the vip treatment witch cost 79 And takes two hours. The person who is working there I think her name was Ikram (I am not sure) she was very impolie and very unprofessional, she laterally doesn’t know what she is doing, she used Vaseline to protect my lips and she put the machine higher than my mouth and above my lip is all burned, it’s so black I just have a mustache now, I saw that an hour after the treatment and when I contacted her asking how come it’s burned and what should I do with it she was attacking me and sending very rude messages... long story short I really regret it doing that I have pain in my teeth and they are very sensitive now still after almost a week and above my lip it looks just horrible VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The receptionist and the nurse (this is one person) is impolite and unprofessional as she kept singing during the treatment. I asked for smaller pair of glasses because the ones I was given were too big and kept falling off, and my eyes were exposed to the light. When I asked politely I received just a \No\ answer. The hygiene was terrible, the lady changed the trash bag and used the same gloves to operate on me. There was a bleaching effect but it was gone within 8 hours even though I have only consumed milk and egg white(white foods only). I do not recommend and will not visit ever again.
