Arrived at the doctor today, was not expecting the following news. The doctor noticed how nervous I was and said that the ladies at reception would give me a recommendation to get in touch with. She was rude and told me to search on Google as she was on lunch and wouldn't help me until after. The odd thing was that she had been the one to approach me.. and there had been no sign or display to explain that they were on lunch. The receptionists do not have the correct mannerism for their career choice. She is not an asset to the business and brings the practice below an average grade.

eindelijk 1 huisarts die mij begrijpt en steunt en goede raad geeft. Ook als ik bel word ik altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen. en dat in deze moeilijke tijd.

Klachten worden niet (altijd) serieus genomen en er wordt slecht gecommuniceerd. Je wordt niet als mens gezien, maar als klant. De praktijk assistentes zijn niet professioneel, je wordt niet naar behoren/op een prettige manier geholpen.

Wat een slecht en onzorgvuldig personeel. Receptionisten al vaker meerdere simpele fouten gemaakt. Er is altijd gedoe bij deze praktijk. Mocht je de keuze hebben ga niet bij deze praktijk.
