I have been a patient here since 2001 and as an Insulin dependant Diabetic I have never had any problems except sometimes it's busy. Staff including the GP's have always gone out of there way to sort out any problems. Prescriptions picked up next door straight away. Couldn't ask for anymore.

In short: I came to a team of my Family Doctor and her assistants in Zuiderpark Huisartsen with an urgent complain about very irregular heart beating problem that affected my daily life and work with a non-stop irregular beating. I was supposed to receive a device to monitor my heart beats in 3-4 days but didn't get any till now after 24 days. It turned out they didn’t send the necessary request on time. The health of a patient is not their priority. they didn't do any follow up. after so many times calling them, they promise on calling back to me couple of times, and they never call back. they forget to make teh cimmunication registered in their internal system. and they are not aware what the other assistants has done in relation for the patient, previously. Very unorganized team that threatens the health of the people. After 24 days waiting, my heart is still doing very bad during all these period and the irregular beating made my daily work & life badly affected. I got so worried about my health situation. I stayed under silence within complete un-informed situation full of worry and anxiety. I felt they don’t even care what happened to the patient and I was thinking what if this is a serious issue with my heart. I am sorry to trust such a group to take care of my health!!! Very unorganized, careless about the patient, bad communication and more ... :(

Als je belt sta je meestal 5/10 minuten in de wacht . Je krijgt een bandje dat de assistente andere taken aan het doen is ??? en dat je later moet terug bellen en dan bel je later terug hebben ze koffie pauze ?! Na 13:30 kan u weer bellen ? Na 3 uur word er niet meer opgenomen alleen voor spoed ! Terwel er op de site staat dat ze tot 17 uur open zijn ! Als er word opgenomen krijg je een bijdehante assisent aan de lijn die je niet laat uitpraten ! , met haar collega’s aan het praten is Terwel jij je verhaal doet , je continu in de rede valt waardoor je je verhaal niet kan doen , niet naar je luisterd , Waardoor je het idee krijgt dat ze niet sirieus zijn en maar snel van je af willen ! Einde van gesprek kreeg ik te horen dat ik MOET andere huisarts zoeken in Hengelo . Nou goede keuze met assistente . Ik kon ook langs komen voor afspraak terwel mijn vriend lag thuis met corona heel onprofessioneel.

Mijn vriend is hier patient, ze hebben hem medicijnen gegeven wat helemaal niet nodig was.. o.a antidepresivia! In al die jaren dat hij hier patient is hebben ze hem verslaafd gemaakt aan verschillende medicijnen! Je vertelt je verhaal maar je wordt niet serieus genomen! Al ga je naar de huisarts voor aanblijvende hoofdpijn klachten, dan krijg je te horen dat je slecht ziet en last heb van je ogen terwijl dat niet het geval is op zo een jonge leeftijd. Je komt met meerdere klachten en dan krijg je te horen dat je ermee moet leren leven terwijl hij weer een afspraak maakt en dan pas kan doorverwezen worden naar het ziekenhuis! Denk na voordat je je hier laat inschrijven, als er iemand is die een goede huisarts weet let me know!

Met de huisarts Dr Kos niks aan de hand, maar hun bereikbaarheid is nog erger dan NS in een winterstorm. Van 08:00 tot 11:00: te druk, bel later terug 11:01 - 11:03: iemand neemt optreden 11:04 - 12:00: te druk, bel later terug 12:00 - 13:30: pauze voor personeel, bel later terug 13:30 - 15:00: gaat over, maar niemand neemt op Vanaf 15:00: alleen voor spoedgevallen. Owja en vrijdag: helemaal niet beriekbaar, bel maandag maar.
