Ordered 4 Pizza's and sides thinking they will prepare with good heart for a big order but all of them were same. The Pizza's were very dry and had very little vegetables. Had requested Olives and as you can see only a pinch of fine chopped olives were put. Finally the taste was very bland. Another star only for staff for treating us good and being friendly.

Pizzas always arrive super hot and very fresh! Bezorg in 15-20min max (I live in the very centre of Leiden). If you like American pizza of course :)
Delivery took 90 mins instead of the estimated 40 mins. Pizza was totally cold and poor quality. First and last time!
Pizza never arrived, an hour later was told on the phone that they cancelled it by mistake and it was then too late to prepare it! Never received a refund from the online payment either. Probably the workers just wanted to finish work earlier (or sold the pizza in shop and kept the money) as there was no manager to speak to. It's unbelievable how this business stays open - lazy thieves! One star rating is too much!!!
Lang geleden slechte ervaring gehad bij twee keer bestellen beide keren ruim 2 uur moeten wachten. Toen is dat goed gemaakt met een gratis pizza. Even 2-3 maanden gewacht met weer bestellen. Toch proberen kijken of ze nu sneller zijn , nee hoor nu weer ruim een uur te laat. Altijd is het zogenaamd druk, als ik ze een tip kan meegeven doe aan verwachtingen management en zet op de site dat het langer duurt dan een half uur.
