Finally a good pizzeria in Breda. I already tried it twice and every time was better than the other. They serve pizza al taglio and you can tell they use high quality products. As an Italian I can say I can feel at home by eating this pizza!

Finalmente!!! I am so happy that finally we got a good pizzeria in Breda. We took today 3 different types and they were great. I love to see pizza con le patate, a classical in Rome and I could not understand why never reached the netherlands before... At Papini you can find an italian classical street food: pizza al taglio! I could taste that they use high quality products (come le olive taggiasche) and that the pizza follows a long yeasting time, since is very light on the tummy. As an Italian I can say finalmente !! Cannot wait for warmer days to enjoy un pezzo di pizza with an aperitivo!!
As an italian, I've tried every pizza place in Breda and this is literally the only place that actually tries and succesfully makes italian pizza. No dutch influence whatsoever in both dough, recipes and ingredients, just real italian "pizza al taglio" (it also has both the typical roman potato pizza and more known neapolitan ones). No cheap cheese as most other places but actual mozzarella. Even the flour is a specific one imported from italy. Strongly recommended if you've never tried actual italian pizza or - in my case - if you're missing Italy's food. I felt at Rome again. As a pro, owners are a very talkative and nice couple. I'll definitely come back.
Heerlijke pizza al taglio. Het voelde alsof ik in Rome was hoe lekker de pizza was en de kwaliteit van de ingrediënten op de pizza. Verder vriendelijk personeel en coronaproof af halen.
