Excellent service ... first i was tryign to replace the glas of the ipad4, did a mistake of not switching off the dveice completely, Device didn't not turn on again. I went with all the part and cables to this shop. The engineer make the device turn on by disconnecting the battery and reconencting it. 10 second thing ... i asked the engineer to put everythgin together .... and he refused to do that ... that is excellent he explains very clearly why he will not do it ... the frame was damaged, al;l 4 corners were bend, the chnace thta th enew glas will break again is HIGH. we end up with the recomendation that i will do that on my own risk.

Do not ever send them a Sony. Faulty spare parts or faulty maintenance work, long time handling. No spare phone meanwhile. Very disappointing

Slechte service, laptop zal met drie dagen klaar zijn, duurden er uiteindelijk tien. Werd van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, ze hebben onderling slechte communicatie. Afgesproken prijs werd opeens een stuk duurder, ook is word eraf gehaald en wordt er geen moeite genomen om het er opnieuw op te zetten. Nadat er werd gezegd dat ik het gratis terug zal kunnen krijgen, dus dat kan ik opnieuw aanschaffen. Zeker geen aanrader!
