I rented with the company for about a year. Customer service is pretty inconsistent as any information provided by an agent is negated by the company's policy, even when there are explicit agreements made. But, great housing in excellent locations for very reasonable prices. Just have some patience with the bureaucracy.

2 keer gebeld ivm tocht. werd iemand gestuurd die tocht strips kwam plaatsen. de meneer belde aan en kwam binnen en zei ja ik heb voor 1 raam (terwijl ik had aangegeven voor de hele woonkamer) meneer belde met collega's conclusie duurt langer dan een half uur gaat 2 tot 3 uur duren nu geen tijd voor. bellen met staedion krijg ik een dame aan de lijn die niet al te vrolijk klonk,conclusie ja sorry wij gaan niet voor een half jaar tocht strips plaatsen omdat u medio juni nieuwe ramen krijgt, word nu niet warmer dan 20-21 graden voel gewoon de tocht in mn nek terwijl ik aan de andere kant van de kamer zit. word ook gewoon gezegd doe plakband op de buitenkant van je kieren maar blijft niet plakken.
